✅ 1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Weeksify mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

📱 2. Description of Service

Weeksify is a time planning and task management application that helps users organize weekly schedules, track time, and manage tasks efficiently using voice input and AI-assisted task parsing.

The Service includes but is not limited to:

• Weekly planning and scheduling tools
• Voice-to-task creation using AI (see Section 3)
• Task management and organization features
• Time tracking and analytics
• Data synchronization across devices
• Notifications and reminders

🤖 3. AI Features and Data Processing

Weeksify uses artificial intelligence to power its voice input feature. By using voice input, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

OpenAI Whisper — Voice Transcription (Third-Party)

Your voice audio is transmitted to OpenAI's Whisper API to convert speech to text. You will be asked for explicit in-app consent before your voice audio is sent to OpenAI. By consenting and using the voice feature, you agree that your audio data will be processed by OpenAI in accordance with their terms and privacy policy at openai.com/privacy.

Our Private Server — Task Parsing

The transcribed text is sent to a private server owned and operated by Wyens LLC, which runs a locally installed AI model (Ollama). This server has no public internet access and does not share your data with any third party. It converts your transcribed text into a structured task and returns the result to the app.

User Control

You may revoke microphone access at any time through your device settings. This will disable the voice input feature but will not affect other app functionality.

🔒 4. Consent for Data Sharing

Before sending any voice data to OpenAI Whisper, Weeksify will present a clear in-app disclosure explaining what data is sent, who receives it, and for what purpose. You must actively consent before this data sharing occurs.

You may withdraw consent at any time by disabling microphone permissions in your device settings. No voice data is captured or transmitted to any external service until both iOS microphone permission and in-app consent have been granted.

👤 5. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your contact information remains current

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

🚫 6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
• To infringe upon intellectual property rights
• To harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against others
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• To spam, phish, or scrape the Service
• To interfere with or circumvent security features of the Service

⚖️ 7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wyens LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

⚠️ 8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to this Service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall Weeksify, Wyens LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We are not responsible for the data handling practices of OpenAI or any other third-party service providers beyond our contractual agreements with them.

🔚 9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

To terminate your account, contact us at weeksify@wyens.co. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

🏛️ 10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

🔄 11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to the new terms taking effect.

By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
